Mr Bigby was on bail awaiting trial over the rape of a 16-year-old girl in Tottenham, north London. He was one of a group of ten men charged over the attack, in which it was alleged the girl had caustic soda poured over her to destroy DNA evidence.
She was treated for severe burns after the attack in January. He was also due to stand trial in June over a fight at a snooker club in Tottenham in October 2006 after which a knife was found.

You never know who is standing next to you in that McDonald’s queue. People are let out on bail even when they have murdered and raped. He was free to do as he pleased as was his killer. One less jail space taken up so another vile person can be locked up.
I know someone whose 15 year old daughter was gang raped by 5 youths and their defence was she was willing, they got bail. Sickening scum.
